North Park Inn & Suites - Snowmobile Information

Colorado's #1 winter attraction may very well be skiing, but for us here at North Park Inn & Suites, snowmobiling reigns supreme during the winter!

The sense of freedom you get while riding a snowmobile over Colorado's snow-covered peaks and valleys can be very exhilarating and the Walden area is a perfect place to come for that experience. From Walden you will find yourself a short drive away from a handful of spectacular riding areas. Buffalo Pass/Rabbit Ears, Gould/Rand, WyColo/Fox Park/Snowy Range are all nearby. Because we specifically want to cater to fellow snowmobilers, we have plenty of trailer parking here at North Park Inn & Suites, as well as a heated shop for you to work on your sleds, free of charge!

Snowmobile Trails Conditions
IMPORTANT: Everybody going into the backcountry should check the avalanche conditions prior to going, have your beacons, probes and shovels and KNOW HOW TO USE THEM. Being prepared for something like this can be the difference between life and death. The best advice I can give is to avoid any areas that have the remote possibility of sliding when conditions are bad.
