NORTH PARK INN AND SUITES POLICIES

General Liability

The North Park Inn and Suites is not responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.


Cancellation Policy

General Cancellation: A minimum 48-hour notice (by 3pm MST) is required for cancellations, or no refund will be provided.

Cabins #30 & #31: Require a 7-day notice.

Hunting Rifle Seasons: Require a 30-day cancellation notice and a 5-night minimum stay. Your card will be charged the day before    check-in except during rifle seasons when the reservation will be charged 30 days in advance.


Group Cancellation:

Groups with fewer than 7 rooms have a 14-day cancellation policy.

Groups with 7 or more rooms have a 30-day cancellation policy. No exceptions.

Pets

Pets are only allowed in rooms 12-30. All pets must be disclosed and a pet policy signed. If a pet is found in a room without prior disclosure and a signed pet policy, or in a non-designated pet room, a $250+ tax fee will be charged.


Non-Smoking

All rooms are 100% smoke-free, including marijuana.  If your room smells like smoke or marijuana, a $250+ tax fee will be charged.


Damage and Cleaning Fees

Any damage to a room, including linens, will incur a replacement cost charged to your card on file.

Dirty dishes left in kitchenettes after checkout will incur a $25 cleaning fee.

Windows left open when it is 40 degrees or colder outside will incur an additional $25 + tax/day charge to the credit card on file.

External Electrical Use

Use of external electrical plugs for diesels, trailers, etc., is $5 per night per vehicle.


Chargebacks

Chargebacks for any part of your stay, damages, or additional charges will result in an additional $250 fee and will be sent to collections.


Parking

Parking spaces are on a first-come, first-served basis.  Any vehicles not properly checked-in and parked in designated spaces will be towed at the owner's expense.


Convenience Charge

A 3% convenience charge applies for any payments not made with cash.
